The verses are live. Ginger doesn't sound the same as the CD, and Baby doesn't either. This show is a very energetic song, and songs like these usually require backing track's help during chorus. If they sang completely live, it would sound, quite frankly, not as good.

I do think Geri sounds EXACLY the same as the CD version. With her Rough voice. She doesn't have that anymore, but you can clearly hear it here. So I don't know..
