Use more fingers on your right hand, and give more width space between your thumb and index..

Your left hand needs to hold onto the frets tighter when strumming to avoid the squeaky fret sound thing...

quite well played, try using your thumb + 3 fingers tho, thumb for top 3 strings,pointer for the g string, middle finger for the b string, ring finger for the bottom e string, or google p a m i guitar, i played as you do when i first started and the sooner you correct it the better, longer you leave it harder it gets ;)
