If you read the title of the video its says, "Rihanna "Rude Boy" Inspired Make Up~Graffiti Style Colorful Smokey Eye" Its a RE-CREATION of the make up that Rihanna wore in that particular music video. People like the ART in it and want to know how it was done, I'm just showing them how to do it. Its not for everyday wear, just for fun obviously. Sometimes celebs do look like they played with mommy's make up LOL, but hey I'm just a teacher. Thanks for watching ; )

I never said I didn't want her opinion. She asked whats with the shadow & I answered her question. Alot of people watch these tutorials without reading the title & act surprised when they see what it is. I always have to explain that I'm doing a re-creation of a particular look & the they're always like "OOOOHHH, I see." It just gets annoying sometimes explaining it over & over when its in the title.

Actually it was just a black line on her lip, not a lip ring. If you check out the behind the scenes video for Rude Boy or any still shots, you can see that it is in fact a dark black line painted on her bottom lip. I thought it was weird to do that at first, but I guess they were just trying to do something different with her look. Its very punk/80's. Hope this helps.

I used Illamasqua rich liquid foundation for this look. I don't list the products on the side bar because I didn't want anyone to feel like I was pushing anything particular on them. But maybe I'll reconsider in the future ; )

You should give it a try, you won't make a mess if you use brushes that allow you to control the colors better. Use ones with small tightly packed bristles for starters.
