  • @DrankenBustards What ever you say Walter White

  • ya dude your sister is hot

  • Tipico, nerdy kid with hot sister

  • @SuperDaniel259 lol, You can't even spell "typical" right... His sister is probably a nerd also...

  • wat did u add 2 that?

  • this is also a good way to win a beer chugging bet. give them the supercooled beer and clank their bottle before you start. :)

  • hot sister.

  • Can you drink it while it's supercooled or will it freeze as you tilt it to drink it?

  • @URmomsMAN2012 A supercooled fluid is very unstable. It is unlikely that you would be able to pour it.

  • @URmomsMAN2012 i drank one and it started to freeze in my mouth haha it was very strange.

  • What happens if you shoot the bottle after you take it out of the freezer? O.o

  • For those people saying it's Sodium Acetate; shut up. Liquids that get below the freezing point need something to crystallize on; normal water has impurities in it that allow it to do so. However, fiji water is 100% pure water; therefore, it can't freeze on it's own at 0 C. That, coupled with the fact that the water can't freeze onto the plastic that the bottles are made of, lets water fall below freezing and stay liquid. Agitating the molecules sort of 'revives' them into the solid state.

  • @DrankenBustards well i get this effect with pepsi :D

  • @DrankenBustards water can most definitely freeze on its own at 0 C, it just has to have a certain amount of energy removed called the heat of fusion look it up..

  • put up videos of your sister

  • ROFL 'thanks thats my sister " O.o I have beeen smiling from that for like 5 hours O.o i think its a curse

  • ur ugly

  • @TheMrThijsie For what, the beer? I'm not sure what it's freezing point is, I just know that it takes about three hours in the freezer to get it cold enough. It actually makes a pretty cool party trick. I recommend using beer with clear bottles, like Corona. Can't really see what's going with brown and green bottles.

  • @TheMrThijsie It's called supercooling. Essentially what happens is that the water inside the bottle is already below it's freezing point. The shock from him hitting the bottle disturbs the water molecules, creating nucleation sites, which allow the formation of ice crystals. Those ice crystals than start making more ice crystals in a chain reaction, until the water is completely frozen. You can do the same thing with a beer, but it takes longer to get it cold enough.

  • your sisster should do the hitting...if you know what i mean..=D

  • @smetabug lmao

  • actually it is a fisical reaction of the water that's a trick to flash freez anything containing water in mexico. when the water turns to a certain temperature(i dunno wich one) just hit it or shake it and it'll freeze right away.

  • sodium acetate

  • thumbs up if this guy's sister has given you a blowjob

  • The comments that some people are putting up to explain this are fucking stupid,it's simple to explain, going on about crystals and shit, get a grip

  • xD I have been trying this and I failed 3 times. I froze it all the way twice because I left it in too long!!

  • wo what do i do put water in the bottle then put it in freezer for 2 hours..it will still be water then and i smack it and its ice?

  • its allready below freezing temps or at freezing cause thats why he was so gentle with the bottle it just need a disturbance or how ever you spell it

  • I've done this with pepsi... not on purpose though actually it kind of annoyed me it's hard to drink frozen soda!

  • Damn guys ! You guys watching the video or you guys watching the girl , haha

  • thats pretty cool can you tell me how to do it i would like to try it.

  • Why cant you use the same bottle?

By the way this looks cool(no pun intended),going to have to try it sometime!

  • It’s caused by supercooling. A liquid below its freezing point will only crystallize in the presence of a seed crystal or nucleus around which a crystal structure can form.

A regular glass of tap water will freeze at the normal temperature because the solution contains tiny particles of dust and dissolved gas, but A smooth container of distilled water can be cooled before freezing occurs automatically.

By taking the bottle out of the freezer and shaking it, you are allowing nucleation.

  • your sis is hot lol

  • You only have one vid. How am i suppose to subscribe if you only have on vid.

  • allright what happened in that video my eyes were glued to ur sister

  • when u do this it the ice is like a cold wet playdough!

  • lets see some vids of ur sister shes soo hot

  • If the water is already in the freezer for 2 hours, isn't it already cold enough to freeze?

People looking for ways to instantly freeze water shouldn't think this is a way. Too much time.

  • How does it work?

  • your sisters pretty hott XD

  • @buddytazzer lol she is but wtf y were u looking a her xD

  • @ThePokeman14 ,,,, cuz she's hott :D

  • @buddytazzer thats just not cool dude

  • @jakerawr101 why? are you gay? dont approve of males looking at females?

  • @buddytazzer nope im not gay, and im not against gays. people who are against gays are dumb in my eyes, that includes racists, womanizer, and sexists. however the point is its his sister and if you had any class what so ever then you would have thought before you spoke, but your IQ but be the same as a caveman's

  • @jakerawr101 lol, still dont see your point, i was just saying shes hott.

i dont if someone THINKS my IQ is that of a cavemans, i dont care what people think of me and im proud to be who i am. Have a nice day/night :)

  • @buddytazzer ok, because you still dont see my point i will dumb it down for you. if you see a "hott" girl and your talking to her brother, its smart to not comment saying "your sisters pretty hott XD". The main point is that you should have more class and not tell him that. just saying its better to be polite then a dick

  • @jakerawr101 show me the more polite way..?

and do you not have anything better to do?

  • @buddytazzer well a better way to say it would be "your sister is very pretty, cute, elegant, breath taking, beauty at its best, something more on those lines

  • @jakerawr101 hmm, true say, thanks :)

  • @buddytazzer anytime, have a good one :)

  • @jakerawr101 by the way, girls love the "your beauty at its best" line. just saying :)

  • @buddytazzer Kan we preeze keeps r attentions on teh sciences?!

  • @buddytazzer ha the likes are 69 i dont want to fuck it up so.......thumbs up

  • pause the video at 0:16 XD

  • @kris12384 thats freaky

  • Bartenders have known about this for a long time. :)

  • This isn't supercooling. You had to cool it to begin with. If this is just water, all that you did is chill it below freezing without providing the water with any crystalline structure to create ice around (most likely due to pressure?)

anyway, striking the side of the bottle creates a seed crystal in the water, around which the ice crystallizes.

So "supercooling" isn't correct---you had to chill this down to begin with, and probably, pretty carefully.

  • I love these instant freeze clips. Everyone becomes an expert chemist, but no one have real arguments why it doest work, do you even try before you say "nay" ? :P

  • bang that chick in the back

  • all done by sodium

  • @Gnomleif Then try it for yourself and see how stup!d you really are dude.

P.S here is an Accurate and True explanation of this process /watch?v=0wifFbGDv4I

  • @superdoridori This is just water. If you don't believe me go try it out. It's just a simple do at home experiment.

  • Comment removed

  • @jackaces08 okay then how do you do it? tell me the steps

  • @jackaces08 this does work because i never saw these videos and had nestleys water freeze as i drank it from my freezer. it had been in the freezer for about 4 hours. scared the hell out of me, damn near choked... only worked with nesley water though...

  • @jackaces08 they dont know their chemistry apparently :P

  • @jackaces08

you can do it with caprisuns too!

  • @jackaces08 yeah its real im gonna try it i never did but alot of people did the same thing but they just hit it on the table :D

  • @jackaces08

seconded. It's just water that has dropped below 0 Celsius, but has not frozen. When it is disturbed it freezes. Look up supercooling.

  • @superdoridori I guess that explains the dew on the bottle then...

Besides, sodium acetate in its solid state has a milky white color, not the semi-transparent slush-ish stuff you see in the video.

  • @superdoridori uhm, no it isnt sodium acetate. This is real water. If pure enough water is left undisturbed ( no movements) in a freezer you can do this. Sometimes you dont even have to hit it, just shake it or even squeeze the bottle.

  • @superdoridori you freeze a bottle with with water in it, then take it out the freezer, then smack the bottle and the ice just falls to the bottom

  • @superdoridori go do a little research on supercooling man before you make an ass out of yourself.

  • @superdoridori if you knew your thermodynamics you would know it is possible :p

  • @superdoridori dude you need to have some chemistry classes. Its supercooled water which is actually colder than the ice, when he agetates it it turns solid because it crystalizes. But you can have what you said, they make baby milk warmers with that.

  • @superdoridori it is water.. , and it is freezing.. it turns kinda slush ice..ish

  • @superdoridori you can do it with demineralization water (very pure) and a container that is very smooth

  • @superdoridori it is just water... just like purified water will not boil... it will not freeze... you need a polutant to freeze water... dust, air...ect. it's pure water.... the sodium Acetate idea you talking about generates heat and is found in those hand warmer things that you click the zink chip in the package and cause a chemical reaction.

  • @dukeish2003 What are you talking about? Of course purified water will boil. It will freeze as well. It's dependant on crystal nucleation, and nothing to do with "pollutants".

  • @superdoridori Sodium acetate is more dense in its solid state than liquid state unlike water and would thus crystallize from the bottom up. This would be because the first crystal would just sink and when others build from it, the effect would appear like it is growing from the bottom. I think its real.

  • @superdoridori your dumb bro this isnt anything to do with sodium acetate... this is super cooling look it up..

  • @superdoridori oh yeah, he actually bothered to use that much sodium acetate...

  • @superdoridori hot ice doesnt even turn hot it gets a little warm. but you are pretty stupid i wouldnt expect you to know that.

  • If you failed the first time can you use the same bottle again???

  • @dazor12 No

  • @dazor12 you can, i tried as long as you dont open the bottle

  • @dazor12 yes you can. I've done this with bottles that have been frozen solid and defrosted multiple times.

  • dudes right, your sister is hottt!!

  • ur a fucking dumass it is't fake it happens because a sudden carbon release wtich cause the water to freeze

  • Nice hottie in the background

  • thanks, thats my sister

  • is she single?

  • @jackaces08 is she sinlge;)

  • @jackaces08 ya dude shes bangin.

  • @jackaces08 good thing she doesnt look like you i would have had to put my dick away

  • @jackaces08

    tits or gtfo

  • @jackaces08 Your sisters hot. >:D

  • @jackaces08 lol just the way's that could be said, either Angrily and Gladly ^_^

  • @freezinteen

    I just noticed the same.

  • @freezinteen Hahah i noticed the same thing.

  • it is not fake. you really can do this. it also works with milk, beer and coke.

  • 20,000th view

  • same thing happened to me when using the outdoors as a fridge over x mas this year. it was sweet

  • so easy to do. put it in freezer for 3 to 5 hours. take it out just before it start to freeze (cap on at all times). when you hit it, it relieves the pressure inside the bottle, allowing it to have enough space to freeze (it couldnt before).

  • does aquafina work too?

  • The purer the water the better. Distilled water works best. The mineral impurities cause the water crystallize at a higher temperature. O deg C for unpure water. Approximately -40o C for distilled water (supercooled). Impurities cause the water to crystallize, and freeze, at higher temperatures.

  • can you use tap water

  • no tap water doesn't work sorry. Has to be an unoppened bottle of water.

  • What if you drink it??

  • You die. Seriously, it happened to me and wasn't fun. Don't do it.

  • i actually did this after watching a video a year or two ago and it honestly does work

  • Whats the song called?

  • One thing to remember is in order to do this you need to be sure that your freezer doesn't vibrate much as some will cause the water to freeze. Also you need one that is cold enough or very little ice will form. When water rapidly turns to ice it gives off a lot of heat that is absorbed by the surrounding water. As a result only a fraction of the water will actually solidify. The colder you make it the more ice you get.

  • videos fake it switches at 14 seconds

  • Fake? well i guess there are always those who don't understand I didn't have a very good quality camera at the time, i used a phone.

  • it will work anyone who thinks it wont but somtimes the temprature in the freezer is different so it takes longer in some freezers but no chemicals involed just put a bottle of water in the freezer and let it get as cold as it will go (without letting it freeze ) then after aprox 2 hrs get it out and bang it

  • thats what he said . hahahah sorry i had to when i read the last part. obviously me and my friends, our heads are always in the gutter. =D

  • lol u read my mind

  • yeah but, are any chemicals added to make it happen.

because I ve put water bottles in the freezer so many times, and drank it once it was cold, and this never happend.

    weird, i guess.

  • la care weon no sela kita nadie xD

  • i dont get it

  • send me a message on what you do not understand, I will try and help you to the best of my ability.

  • dude how do you do this shit i only got half of mine to freeze!!!

  • After you add a disturbance to the water, it will not be completely frozen, more like a slush.

  • the freezer removes the molecular energy from the water so the amount of heat energy in Joules is very low, however that has not translated to the actual temperature yet. As soon as the bottle is hit, the water molecules start to take the form based on their actual molecular energy levels.

the same can be done with a microwave. Just microwave pure water in a mug for a few mins. when you take it out, it doesn't boil until something touches it like a tea bag or spoon, then it bubbles.

  • Holy crap. Thats amazing.

  • what happens if u try to drink the water???

  • I have tried, if it worked properly it will freeze while turning the bottle to drink it. You can drink the slush after but it is very cold.

  • Dude ive got a tip for you. only show the supercooling once so that people watch it again to try and understand. this way you get more views

  • some might think the first would be a fake and want me to do again.

  • every time i do this the water freezes... when i put them in and keep checking on them and theyre not frozen it doesnt supercool

  • wow great job, shame I can't put my water cooling resevoir into the freezer

    :)

  • google download search on google

  • plz help i tried 2 fiji and 8 auquafina in the freezer and they all froze. i left them in for maybe 5hrs what am i doing wrong??? i didnt open them.

  • only put them in for 2 hours

  • 2 hours not 5

  • 5k views guys thanks :)

  • try Itunes or another music downloading source.

  • yea i need so pointers becuase the water in my freezer freezes also im using this in a project plz help

also, when i hit the water, it doesnt freeze

when i look whats in it theres little particles of ice plz help

  • Ok, now first off, you should put about 5 bottles in the freezer because this is not always 100% because not all water is best to use. Keep in freeze for 2 hours, and has to be as close to 0 degrees as possible. Just remember, the key to this experiment is temperature and time the bottle is in the freezer. If this still doesn't work then use Fiji water or put more water bottles in the freezer for better chances. Good Luck, and ask if you still need help.

  • dude thats nice!! and what is the name of the song?

  • Jump, by various Artists. Check 0:11 for advertisement of the song. Thanks for comment.

  • there nothing wrote at 0:11 :S but i realy like your project

  • 0:16 skeleton

  • yeah, that's pretty creepy.

  • Some people should not be allowed to put music to their videos. Really annoying...

  • dude that is sweet man!

  • heres something to try thats even more fun. shove a 2L coke in your freezer, then forget about it. then remember about it, run and open the door. take it out, and open. the coke will go all in your face, all over the kitchen. then clean it up or alternatively, leave it for someone else to clean up. its best if you leave the coke for a good hour or so, in order to achieve this 'super cooled' effect. some of the coke should be frozen, some not. give it a try!

  • LOL forget about it then remember :) will try it man thx for post.

  • this is so fake. its not only water.

  • look up other videos of supercooling water. I tried this with a friend of mine and it worked surprisingly. Google on how to super cool water

  • yes it is idiot

  • such a dumb ass :)

  • i also tried duh,it worked,u should try b4 posting a coment

  • I could see something fascinating happening but the cell phone quality really hindered my viewing of this video.

  • what temp. does ur freezer have to be at cuz i tried this and it suck munkeee bawlzz

  • Works best at 0 degrees

  • ha thats funny, i think our class ring's are comming in this week woooot

  • thanks everyone for your comments. i got 1k views thanks everyone.

  • thanks i took this video with a cell phone so bad quality.

  • nice

  • thanks for comments

  • Cool Vid man

  • haha sweet!

  • comments are welcome
