I'm at a loss to explain the recent popularity of Rachel Maddow. Her snarky commentary and constant sniping at conservatives annoys me. I'm not impressed by the ability of her and Olbermann to lower themselves to the level of people like Sean Hannity and Bill O'Reilly.

I thought she would bring some intellectualism to the cable news genre. I guess not.

They are way above hannity and oreillys level.

They dont mistreat their guests, whether they be repub or dem, they research and therefore backup their "snipes", they speak intellectually and not just emotionally.

You seem to have a problem with pundits in general. Their whole purpose is to give their ideas on todays news and events around them.

when your whole beliefs is that you are an island and nobody else matters, and that in fact, you prefer to be insulated from other people that make you uncomfortable, even if you have no reality to base it on, how can you expect such people to be cooperative especially in politics with people they dont agree with.
