  • This is a really stupid idea and shows a lack of knowledge on your part. You are so ambitious to eat organic because it makes you feel good for thinking you are eating healthy. Ingestion of hydrogen peroxide in concentrations around 3% can cause blistering of the mouth. Just use water, this is stupid and doesn't really do anything. Any pesticides were absorbed long ago. Many people live fine lives without eating everything organic. Stop living in fear.

  • how about " We The People" stop all the b/s and start a revolution already..i propose "occupy your local Super Market"bombard them with fliers and such informing the patrons with facts of how the "Food" has been truly compromised. Why do we settle w/ this "can't beat City Hall" attitude..efff that!! They can't beat "Town Hall".

  • How in the world is this going to remove anything? This makes no sense.

  • Organic food contains pesticides and chemical components. They are however not manmade aka synthetic. Food can be labeled organic if its %95 natural. I don't know if its worth the extra money.

  • ARE U FUCKING INSANE OR ARE U FLIRTING WITH SUICIDE u never wash food with that shit!

  • What do is juice extract 2 lemons, 1 grape fruit. Some vinegar, baking soda, few drops of grape seed extract, some Dr. Bronner's Magic Soap. I put it in a spray bottle. It works just as Good or even better than the store brands

  • @thaOFFICIALJAPAN Ha! Funny! I've never soaked a poor banana... I just buy 'em organic. Not much pineapple around here on any regular basis, so I just buy organic on the rare occasion when we do have it. Have YOU tried soaking/rinsing pineapple before? How did it work out?

  • it might take out the pesticides on the surface but sadly the vast majority of them have been absorbed into the strawberry long time ago.

  • @eduardoobregon I agree - true of our entire modern day food supply. However, if I'm not able to choose organic berries that I've grown (and *controlled*) myself, I'd rather use this rinse than nothing at all.

  • @drmomonline absolutely, but with strawberries in particular I personally think it's best to just skip them, maybe it's the ones I've gotten, but I mean I've had some where the chemical taste is so intense you can hardly tell it's a strawberry once inside you mouth, it pisses me off! anyway, great tips!

let's keep pushing the organic market for more "competitive" prices!

  • Where cud i buy hydrogen peroxide ?

  • @WhiteGlitterTV Easy to find - grocery stores, pharmacy, etc.

  • @drmomonline Very useful ! thankx you !

  • thank you thank you

  • Thanks for the hydrogen peroxide tip. I think adding some lemon juice to the water would also help. (I don't like using soap though.)

  • @kevkro64 : Isn't hydrogen peroxide poisonous? It's a chemical.

  • @OS253 No it is not poisonuous. You can use it in diluted form to gargle and rinse your mouth, as well as, treat minor cuts and wounds. I imagine that if you drank enough of it straight, it would make you sick enough to throw-up. Molecularly, very close to being water.

  • @kevkro64 Yes, I couple it with lemon juice on occasion, or more often, white vinegar. Vinegar + hydrogen peroxide = pretty darn effective! : )

  • @drmomonline : Isn't hydrogen peroxide a chemical? Chemicals are poisonous. What's wrong with using old fashion WATER? Do hydrogen peroxide kill parasitic worms and eggs on contact?
