Is the slp silencer lowder than stock. Can you tell the difference?

Does it run well with the skinz can on it? Where did u get it at for 250$ since it is the ceramic, cheapest I found was 279$ ?

It was a place in MI. Look on e-bay, that's where they were selling them. After a couple months I switched to a SLP. It still had the rumble but not as loud. The Skinz has a louder can sound. The cops in WI (where we go alot) are cracking down more and more. The SLP has a mellower tone and the same performance. I did put a pipe from BMP on also. That is where you'll gain 7-10 HP.

did you haft to do anything with the motor or did you just slip it on and that was it?

remove springs on old muffler,remove mini-volkswagon of a muffler, slip new one in place, use existing springs. 10 minutes

despite that i have a quick response, just once more thing to ask is how loud is it? because where i ride in some areas they are very strict on sound levels of snowmobiles

it's louder than stock. not as loud as others out there. still wouldn't pass pine pigs decibels meter if stopped....i'm guessing.
