@VIPMUSIC1000 1st make sure that your sim has enaugh lifetime points to buy "fertility treatment". If you want girl twins eat 2 watermelons in a row and then watch kids channel on tv and listen to kids music......if you want a boy don't eat watermelons but eat apples....if you want opposite gender of babys make sure someone in house have high career level in hospital....then you can click on mother....go to friendly and then determinate gender of the baby.(other comment)

@webkinz290 if you want opposite gender you have to have someone that has high career in hospital..then you can just click "determinate gender of baby" by clicking on mother....If he says its a girl eat 3 apples in row,watch kids tv channel and listen to kids music....if he/she say its a boy,do all same but just dont eat apples but watermelons...just opposite fruit....

On Sims 3 PC version if you hold down CTRL SHIFT and C then type in motherlode you get $50,000. I have over $6,000,000 and my Sim doesn't even work. It's AWESOME!!

yep, in sims 3 you need to have 10,000 lifetime reward points and you get your sim the fertility treatment as a reward.

i dont like it cause its a pain to take care of multiples. they poop at different times than the other,they decide they are hungry at different times than the other, decide they are lonely at different times than the other.

i only reccomend it if you like toturing your sims but in the process you torture yourself as well. lol
