This scene is supposed to come across to viewers as a kiss, for if you stop it just right, they are kissing for a split second at 1:19, it's a kiss. In the Japanese version, they aren't talking during that second because it's supposed to come across as a kiss. At least, that's what I read online about six years ago.

well mnario alotta people in the States and Canada ( im in canada) dont all speak japanese. And this was my childhood show. ( im 15 now) i just actually started watching it again and it brings back alotta memories :P im happy 2 watch the episodes on the internet and the movies but sad that the show is over. But all in all im glad they made an english version so people like me and everyone else could be able to watch an amazing series such as this.

its not over eh. unless you already know now since you last posted this they're releasing i think like 26-28 new episodes continuing the story plot. some of the episodes have been released in japan but in Japanese with English subs. tv wise we (in Canada too btw :P) should get it around march-april of 2010 :)
