you should of watched the tv downstairs also because that is how you catch latias/latios . it triggers them when you turn on both tvs at the end of the game & you can find them anywhere .

wow some of your pokemon are lev 77 guess what if you train pokemon lev 100 you be the srongest trainer in the whole pokemon world i got latios i tell you how to get him 1st go to slatport 2cd use max repel 3rd jump in the grass 4th jump 20 times then go into the bike road 4th make sure the pokemon in frount is lev 40 5th keep jumping until you battle a pokemon and your still using max repel it is latios 6th if you done 1-5 then your unlucky this is real
