This is in bandar abbas, iran. the guy is bandari but is singing some arabic songs towards the end. the first song he sings is pure bandari though ;)

Well I listened to it pretty closely and I'm pretty sure he's not singing arabic. Some Bandari singers have an accent that is more similar to the arabic tone. So I guess that's where people can get confused.
