I also have an island with only houses and concert hall and can not pass the first upgrade. Do yo kneed to have a sort of match between the type of upgrade and the jobs in the city ? (Ej: if you do not have a glass production, you will not be able to upgrade since skilled workers won't have where to work).

@havock0701 The campaign is the closest thing you'll get to a tutorial. For beginners it seems it'll be a lot of trial and error. I've started new games several times because as I discover new things about the game I find that I did something wrong or just not the way I wanted to do it.
It's much more complex than AoE overall, many more things to monitor and build. Just search for random tutorials and guides on youtube too, they could help out.
how do you get other ascension rights in this game! like in anno 1404 you had beggars and built envoys to increase ascension rights, does this game have something similar. is this in your next guide? please help!!!!
@tenshi1980 as far as i know just build the highway over the road id only recomend doing this in places where depots need to collect from factories etc it makes them go faster

@ChildOfTheDivine get your ship to where your suppose to pick it up it should auto give it to you, if not, while ur ship is by the warehouse, click on the guy's warehouse and click on the items tab and it might b there. If it's like floating on the ocean or somethin while ur ship is clicked just simply right click on the floating items. I hope any of that helps x_X.

plz help i cant get any more eco employers im at 540/540 eco employers and if i shine my mouse above the city center it says i can no longer advance to the next civilization level and every 1 is happy they r satisfied with community activity food and drink but i cant satisfy the with education or the other thing yet cause not big enough eco employer population
What do you use after filming to shrink the movie file sizes? I use some shit program and windows movie maker. The shit program cuts out if the clip is more than 5 minutes and WMM gives black borders. What do you recommend?
