good luck with that! Not only does he play this very well intrinsically, I'm pretty sure you should be taking ideas from HIM about what's right and not right. He is a very intellectual musician in addition to his technique and abilities.

no... this is what YOUR PROFESSOR believe to be incorrect...
you can also do a time travel to know the RIGHT form to play this (even with hundreds of lutenists playing this in various diferent ways...)
