the sync is quite nice, the bodily movements are abit stiff though, although saying this you state that you have studied it yourself, so i have to give it to you, its 8/10, for effort, and just nice stuff going on, keep at it, you will be superb in no time :)

Hi there! I used the 3D Studio Max "Hair and Fur" modifier. It's pretty handy!
