Hi Henri, unfortunately there is no way of upgrading directly from ACT 2000 to ACT 2010. You need to u/g to ACT v6 first (free download available on Google), then from ACT v6 to ACT 2010. All your fields, notes, histories etc will migrate. The only thing you may need to play around with would be customised layouts as these don't seem to migrate particularly well. Hope this helps, let me know the outcome. I'd be pleased to know, Best regards, Keith

Very interesting and informative videos on ACT. Thank You
I have a question and wonder if you can help me.
I've been using ACT 2000 since it came out and lately I got the 2010 basic version.
I can't find instructions anywhere on how do I upgrade and import my notes and fields from the older version.
Do I install the new version "over" the old one?
Will my notes from the contacts be transfered.
What about the fields??
Thanks for taking the time
Henri
