Yes, the first pair are from Angel Sanctuary..it's actually a parody of the skit performed at Katsucon the previous year.

The song...not sure. I was on the outskirts of the writing of this skit.

And yes, that is Lupin singing. Why? Because Rob already had a Lupin costume and likes to speak with a French accent.
