She does field work with guidance from a blind officer, not knowing that secretly there are alternative reasons for why she was asked to join the CIA that include more than just her professional resume. The pilot episode explains only a bit of it but enough to keep you watching newer episodes! I hope this helped. It really is a good series so far :)))
