I'm not very impressed with the Kawasaki. I mean there are 7 years between them, the Honda has carburetors and the Kawasaki has fuel injection. Last but not least, the Kawasaki has a higher displacement (636cc vs.600cc).
well expected. the 99 cbr doesnt have a fuel injector, it uses a carburettor. The next model, the F4i uses fuel injection which increases your engine power efficiency instantly. Its also silly to race 2 bikes 7 years apart in technology

kawasaki won, but not bad for the honda. both are stock.
