you will need a capture card. such as a easycap or dazzle. they should come with software, if not download amcap. i dont think u can record using movie maker live
click in the top left corner of the screen, its like a blue drop down box. click save movie, a box then comes out of the side, then click high-definition 720p then save the file where you want it. when you upload it to youtube it will be in hd
