I haven't gotten around to playing the sonic games all the way through yet (last time I played them was at a day care center during elementary school), but they both bring different things to the table, and DKC indisputably is longer, has more secrets, higher presentation value. I can't make a similar list for Sonic 3 at this point 'cuz I haven't gotten thru it yet.

Each level has its own thing, and nothing seems overused except for mine carts (but those are a DK mainstay). I'd say there are other games for the Wii to justify it, but if you've gone this long, then those games probably haven't convinced you.

4:43 - 4:55 = The only flaw in that plan is that Donkey Kong Country came out BEFORE Goldeneye. Therefore, people will love DKC and raise Rare's stock, only for it to crash when he tries to make Goldeneye look bad three years later. Not exactly a great criminal mind, is he?

Second: the final zone comprises of a single boss battle.

There are a few other things wrong with 1 that I can't remember right now, but those are the major flaws.
