The only mistake the driver made, was to lean out of the door for a look while reversing. That is a Test Failure as well as dangerous. Otherwise, he got the job done.

gotta feel for guy, I think all us truckers have been there at some stage, some more than others no matter how experienced we are. My worst, after about 7 years of all sorts of trailers I got a 3 leg rear axle steer 40ft, could I put that on the bay.... could I fook, took about 6 attempts!

We have all been in that situation or I certainly have, mind you i avoid blind siders like the plague. In all honesty I would say it took me between 3 and 6 months to get the reversing perfect,second nature now.

first of all the driver was reversing blind side and added to that he was reversing a single axle trailer which oversteer so easily especialy if he had been used to driving triaxle or twin axle trailers for a while. All that said he did a pretty good job.It went in the right direction and was on the bay whats the problem. I take my hat off to him

there was plenty of room to turn round so he didn't have to blindside, and there was no-one else on the other bays so it was a really easy reverse, even with a short trailer, the driver was being an arse and trying to back in like that, but there is no need to film it

He started his reverse on his blind side and made it difficult for himself. Had he kept the loading bay in view from his cab he would have managed quite easily as displayed when he managed to straighten up.

The trailer has one axle right on the backend and there is only two other trailers as difficult to reverse as these and that is a 20' skelly or a 20' single axle boxvan until you have some practice. Do not throw stones if you live in a greenhouse.

He got it all wrong from the start because he was trying to show off by reversing from where he was and he came unstuck making himself look a tit, so thats he he was getting laughed at. He had loads of experience so I knew he would get himself out the hole he dug with out my help.
