Remember, your eyes are the weakest form of proof there is.

Bill Clinton publicly apologized. I've read some heavily redacted govt. pages myself and I can say without a doubt that these methods have been employed. Also, you said people had to make the choice to be subjected.. does that apply to children ether abducted or handed over for such things? That is how many were brought in.

They can give permission, just by asking the wrong person to watch their child. Usually, this happens through church leaders; who gain trust from people in their congregation & then trust in caring for the children. I recently left a church because I detected lies in the Pastor's teachings & when I asked him about them, he got nasty sarcastic with me. It's sad; his following is still growing.
