I thought Roy's daughter's name was Rita? I've seen bits and pieces of the series so i already new Rose was his daughter i'm just confused on why she changed her name.

Rita didn't change her name... she didn't

remember it after the Blast Fall. She was adopted by the Anderson family (who named her Rose).

@Ted2of25 In the Blast Fall, the Nano machines had a malfunction which caused the atmosphere to hesitate, crossing some DNA's (Including Rita's/Rose's). Also, you might have notcied Rita's hair color was brown. When the Nano machines hesitated, it colided with the aurora shell, which sone down on most people, chaging their hair colors.
