Miracles during the flood of Rushford, Minnesota

cool-I heard about the floods in this area last year and never knew about this "faith-side" of the story! I feel God answered many prayers with the recent "flood" in Fargo last month and this month too...Praise God! How's the rebuilding of this place today? I

just because things like this happen doesnt mean there is no God. Don't EVER stop beilving that! After all, there is a reason for everything, God told Noah to build a ark when the world flooded.

I was one of them too, we completely lost our house.

It is really amazing that no one in Rushford died. I think it says more about the people living there than anything else. Nobody let anybody down.

God saved us. We did not hear the sirens. If we had, we would have went from the 2nd floor safety to the 1st floor that came up with 6 ft of water quickly.  All of us in Rushford were saved.

So god saved you? Why would god do such a tragic thing such as flooding you? There's no god.

Because my husband & daughter cannot swim. I would have had to choose. They/we could have drowned in the sewage water, it was over all out heads. If we would have been outside while the water came up as fast as it did, we all could have died. People who were escaping to safety and to return home & sit on the 2nd level for hours waiting to be rescued.

You see, i feel bad for everyone there, but if you can answer these questons logically i'll be impressed. If god exists: Why are there starving children in the world? Why does Africa struggle with AIDs? Why were you flooded? I could ask more.

He did it as a gift most people who tried hard got there dream house as i did i got everthing i could have imagined to get i got full amount from F.E.M.A and as well as my insurance u cannot say that wasnt a gift

I dont think my point had anything to do with money received. It was life that was the gift.
