in the state of fla they would fail her. shirt cant touch, turn the sink off with paper towl and when you dry your hands you cant go to the wrist and back to your fingers

What's wrong with this video? 1) Person washing hands, belly/shirt is resting up against sink. 2) Doesn't show proper technique used to turn off faucet; with paper towel. 3) Woman drying hands by patting palm and back of hands, but doesn't dry between her fingers. Was helpful to me in seeing how not to wash hands, but not helpful in showing how to correctly wash hands. Fail. :-(
