@nandter Your welcome! I didn't really research it all that much when I made it, I just thought it'd be cool and decided to give it a try. A good place to start is with wikipedia, while I don't trust the information it can give you an idea and there's always a list of references at the bottom that you can browse though.

I don't have the code anymore, but I had one expression for getting absolute urls, and I had another for concatenating relative urls so that I could turn them into absolute urls.
This is how Mark Zuckerberg hacked all of those "facebook" websites with his first project...

@beautyvakbeurs You could, you would have the static version. However, any buttons or input forms would still be pointing to the old site.
