@xxpr0nag3xx No not with this type of fiber-glassing. If i were doing a vacuum form then yes i would extract and force the resin into the fiberglass using a vacuum system. I will do that later when i make the production panels.
@BaileyBlade Hey I have a question. Someone may have asked this already, Can the top be permenantly fixed to the car? Is is going to be an option? Great work
@joepec3105 Well there are going to be two versions of the Blade XTR, one as a Roadster with removable top or convertible hard top. And one as a Coupe like in this video. The Coupe model will be more for the Race Car drivers and competitions.
@usdrealm1 LOL Yes sir... I will be selling The Blade XTR once the prototype is finished and tested. The plan is to product 200 over the next few years. I have about 20 serious people on a list for when its ready.
@zomgbbqwth Yeah that's the plan... What I am making now is the body buck so that I can mass produce the Blade, It takes time dude. Even the main auto manufactures take several years to produce a new model and they use many crossover parts that are already designed and manufactured such as the chassis. You seem to expect a lot from one guy...
@BaileyBlade Wow now that some project. I bet most of the money is going into the parts and engineering? I'm looking into doing something like this alittle later
@braddock001 Haha... thats next video... I will attempt to pop the section off with one hand while filming at the same time. Hopefully it won't be a new fail video.
how many layers of fiberglass to build up strength also are all the layers applied at once

@BaileyBlade Well that's good. I saw that you'd spent so much on it and couldn't believe that you would have spent that much on a one-off.
