The guy playing the piano accidently lets slip "Very good Doro-(thy)", even though he just met her and doesn't know her name. He tries to muffle the ending to hide his error. Listen for it...

@tdelmege . Well actually at 4:08, Blanche did introduce her to the guys as Dorothy. The piano guy could be listening to Blanche while she was talking.

@tdelmege . Also, I don't think the guy would actually need to muffle the ending because if he knew he made a mistake, the director would just cut it. This is not a live show.
