I'm not sure about the ep, but I don't think it's in the first two seasons. I am half way through the third season and havent seen him look like that yet.

The one ep that springs to mind though, is in series 1 when they have to protect that baseballer, but I don't think it's that one.

that's the ep in season 2 I think it is, when Hanson and Penhall go undercover when Penhall pretends to be gay and where Hanson pretends to be anti-gay, and this is in gym class where they are about to wrestle :-)
