@MiamiYAY Girl, my hair isnt healthy either. But I use heat protectant spray & try to keep it moisturized. I use heat every few days.

@MiamiYAY dont ever use oil in ur hair before using heat. it just fries ur hair. A good heat protectant alone will work fine. when using alot of heat on ur hair on a regular basis, try not to use a lot of prducts. garnier has good heat protectants that moisturize at the same time. i like to use Cantu shea butter leave in conditioning repair creme. you can get it from walmart or any bss. P.S. dont use too much of anything before heat. hair should be dry, not damp or wet. HTH!!!
