mmm depends what your making it on. i used windows movie maker 2 (i recomend not using this cuase it sucks mahor ass and sucks balls. if u have access to something like imovie, then used that.). but yeah, if your using WMM2 go under tools and click "video Effects". then on the right you should see a bunch of thumnails of dif effects (click on them to see what hey do). then find the one u want and click and drag it onto the clip. the effect should be aplied to that clip.
This is one excellent Anime Music Video so far!
