  • Now I can die.

  • oh nataly, i can get lost in those green eyes of yours!!

  • I heard this song on "Goodbye Bonky" and now whenever I hear this beautiful song i start crying like crazy

  • like if you heard of this song from bonky's death :'(

  • WeezerWaiter would support that beard, and your music.

    Also.

    LOVE.

So much of it for for your music!

  • Merry Christmas Pomplamoose!

  • I am so addicted to this song right now. <3

  • what is Natalie doing while Jack is off doing the Alvin and The Chipmunk movies?

  • could anyone direct to me to piano tabs for this?

  • You both paint such touching scenes, convey such beautiful messages with your lyrics. This one hits close to home and always seems to bring me close to tears. Bless you both.

  • You two are great, and great together. Fame and fortune ahead!

  • who wrote this song its so beautiful! :)

  • I want this song to be played at my funeral!

  • Simply amazing

  • The piano is just wonderful, it's what brings the very emotion in this great song for me :D

  • 72 people had their dreams taken from them.

  • @theflowerisrising No, 72 people were raped. Listen to the lyrics.

  • i feel like crying :,( such a beautiful song to fill in an empty spot in myself

  • The thing I like about this song is that it gives me a weird feeling in my stomach. It fills me with a feeling of comfort but it almost feels sad. It almost brings tears to my eyes and that's the thing that I love about you guys.

Your music puts me in a good mood every time I listen to it and for that I will always thank you!

  • The first time that I heard this song it was on the video called Goodbye, Bonky. This is a beautiful song, but I will probably never listen to it again, no offence intended by that. It makes me want to cry from listening to it.

  • @elh954 was about to post a comment like this! makes me tear up :c

  • I love the lyrics to this song. A daily reminder to me.

  • @Gu1tarPlay1ngN1nja Thanks so much!

  • @LiterallyNotReally No problem.

  • @KazzawiFox Haha like you -.-

  • Ooh, what a mint chord progression and b-line in the verse.

  • great. now I have to go and look for wendyhamburger1 's comment. :/

  • @iamacoffeemonster I hate how you get top comment, Because now I am forced to look for that comment even thought I don't even know who replied to him!

  • this needs more views. It has none compared to the rest of your vids and it's one of your best songs in my opinion.

  • this sounds like something radiohead would play

  • This is amazing, plain and simple. I'm young at 17 but I hope to be able to record such beautiful music in the future. Your both make an extremely group, if you will, and I enjoy your music. :).

  • Everyone says nice things about Nataly, but not Jack..

I like your beard Jack, I think it's Epic, and my lifelong goal will be to grow one like that.

  • @Gu1tarPlay1ngN1nja Me too! Difficult feat, considering my gender, but I will get there one day... one day......

  • i just love this song

  • they are down to earth people that make great music God bless

  • You're on the way to become a major phenomenon in the history of music, I'm sure. Thank you and God bless you!!

  • This is what College Radio Media is all about, your music. It should be the new pop! Certainly you are the Art of Music.

    By the way!!!!

Leo Laporte of TWiT Network is trying really hard to get you into the TWiT studios to talk, play, and tell us of your behind the scenes stuff - who knows, you may even get to work your own show on the TWiT Netowork for it!? We're hoping.

  • I dont mean to sound crass but...

I love the way you rest your boob on your bass guitar.

  • Why does this video only have 500,000 views? This is art, people.

  • I've connected emotions from memories to every one of your songs except for this one and the new ones. When I listen to the rest of your songs I get a rush of emotions. I love the music though! <3

  • I think you should sing strawberry fields forewer with this voice :-)

  • Wow, this sounds different. Good chord usage.

  • Dig that Wurly!!!

  • You are a very beautfiul woman. o.O

  • This needs more views.

  • I put in angry birds and heard there song of angry birds now Im hooked on pomlamoose I love these people great orgional music Ive already got some of there music from itunes, I love her voice and her way of singing

  • @Alchrat in home recording, air conditioning makes too much noise. Often, musicians will turn off their AC for better sound quality.

  • why are they both wearing tank tops?

  • @Alchrat Because they made the video in the summer...

  • kinda reminds me of early Coldplay

  • i like it.. i hope that doesn't make me a hipster..

  • @lovellespice If it makes me all warm and fuzzy inside then I seriously doubt that it matters what kind of clothes you wear.

  • @lovellespice if lovin' this makes ME a hipster... the fine! i'm a hipster, but i don't care :3

  • you guys are such an inspiration, you remind of why I want to continue learning more about music and become a great musican. Thank You!

  • People cannot appreciate this style of music/singing because they have been listening to (insert pop star name here: ________) for far too long to realize when real talent surfaces. Eclectic music is a dying art and younger generations need to reevaluate what "good" music is to them.

  • you people are pointless..just appreciate the music...for the love of god..stop worrying about other peoples lives and live your own!!!

  • Beautiful.

  • THIS SHIT IS OFF THE CHAAAAAAAIIIIIIIIIIN.

  • So yeah.. YOU ARE AWESOME! :D

  • Mmmmm I am envious of your fender rhodes <3

  • @Zargogo you Justina Bieber, right? boys that look like a girl and sound like a girl are mostly likely a girl. and for a less juvenile response, at least Pomplamoose has their own unique sound. Ms. Bieber is just trying to be the next Britney Spears (back when Britney was popular, before she turned into trailer trash)

  • @gfan0080 BEEBER IZ BETTAH U SUCK BALLZ

  • @gfan0080 mention that crap again and I swear to god I will virtually pimp slap you >:c

  • @XleanneXfaiX for the record, which "crap" as you put it so eloquently are you referring to? justin(a) bieber, britney spears, the use of the term "trailer trash," or the use of the words "trailer trash" to describe britney spears's life style?

  • @gfan0080 Agreed. :)

  • 65 people are DEAF

  • @GboroSucks09 Actually, every 140 persons out of 1,000 are deaf in the U.S.A.

  • I love me some Pomplamoose; this tune, not so much. A little too mannered for my tastes.

  • It's funny how you show these little sounds through visual moments that helps us listen everything, good tecnique-very clever.

  • Wonderful. Can't get enough of you. Terrific in every way.

  • Oh My Oh My Oh My!!!!! You two are JUST EXCEPTIONAL! Your music is for those with a heart, with a mind and with a love of intricacy. Some people just don't get you and that is fine. Many people do not like fine wines or works of art. They are not important. You two are so fabulously creative and gifted that it takes my breath away. The car ads can pay the bills I suppose, but I hope you never leave your true gift behind, that of visual, vocal and intellectual high art. I am in awe.

  • @rickmascaro

Overall, I'm w/ you on this one, but I think part of the beauty of Pomplamoose is that it's NOT "high art." It's art of high quality, certainly, but look where we are - we're on YouTube. Look at where they are - a bedroom.

This is FOLK ART, my friend - folk art at its finest:)

    Long live the Grapefruit! :D

  • @rickmascaro you have made a very intelligent statement..i love pomplamoose. you have described what I've been trying to for a long time now. (since last Christmas actually). They can do no wrong in my book.Your words are true...thank you.

  • Comment removed

  • @rickmascaro that's elitism of the highest order sir/madam. I dont appreciate fine wine, and dont spend my days in galleries, but I still love Pomplamoose... am I still not important?

  • @Alv4 I concur. Elitists don't matter.

  • They ought to run this song with the "Rubber Johnny" video.

  • Lucky dude.

  • i just herd your music on a video of bonkbonkbonkbonk, your voice is amazing, but it mad me cry when i saw that kitteh, love your vidz

  • pomplamoose i found you by chance but if i had clicked that other link i could have lost out on alot of good feelings, your music makes me smile even when im on the break of tears. good luck to you and have a fantastic day/night.

  • I can't wait to see this performed live on "Hey It's Pomplamoose" on Tuesday! WOOT, WOOT!

  • Whoa... This is amazing. l know this is gonna sound weird, but l can imagine your woman, l'm assuming these two are together, is a beautiful kisser. Such gorgeous art here. Thanks for blessing the world with this...

    :-)

  • Anyone who has been classically trained as a musician knows how hard this song would be to play and sing. Unfortunately, pop music has trained the majority of our ears and brain to think this is strange, but truly, it's beautiful. Thanks, guys.

  • In a mass of excellent covers, their original pieces get forgotten. I love this song.

  • The fullness of the arrangements on this is so amazing! And then Nataly's haunting lyrics and incredible bass part. Love it so much.

  • What I would give to be the top strap button of Natalie's bass guitar in this video!

  • This could be the love song of Lumen and Dexter.

  • @wendyhamburger1

    It's called music.

  • @wendyhamburger1

sorry, not a twilight video. you have to stop masturbating now :(

  • Jack Conte looks like Adam Colton!

  • Amazing.

  • Jack and Nataly are awesome together. They're sweet, funny, original & joyful! I love to watch them as much as listen to them. I always get such an lift from them. They make me smile. For all you haters and critics out there...get a life. Go away. Leave fans and Pomplamoose lovers to our bliss. No one really cares what you think. Just cuz u think ur opinion means something doesn't validate ur evil words. Go pee in someone else's wheaties. Blow away in the wind, haters; disappear. Luv u J & N!!

  • thankyou ssssssssoooooooo mmmuuuccchhh!!!!!!!!! i use ya'll's songs for homework SO much! yall are GrEaT!!!!!!!!!!

  • great song, we can feel it all from here (Brasil). congratulations.

  • You 2 are awesome. Keep it up.

  • sounds like portishead, damien rice, and radiohead yet still so much itself. Simply wonderful.

  • 61 People are not still enough.

  • I think they're ripped alright, ... look at Nataly's eyes @ 1:10 to 1:17, not to mention the "head lights" , nice!

  • @schwoogie78 if your grandma cn sing like tht while getting tazered i'd be amazed. btw, you do realise how sad ur life is rite? if ur willing to waste time to watch and post a comment on a video u hate. u wuld do anythin as long as you cn get any kind of attention even if its a thumbs down or ppl hate u.

  • @schwoogie78 okay whatever you say.

  • why is it that so many of the women i find attractive look like they could potentially be lesbians? maybe i'm a lesbian woman born in a man's body. yeah, that's it.

  • @OlyDave thts awsome XD

  • You ever notice Jack is pretty ripped?

  • HI Can you guys do a cover of my song "Penelope Pitstop" ???

  • @tonemachine11 --- Did you really just bust some guy's chops for a lack of creativity with a name like tonemachine>>>11<<<? Next to finding the wonderful music of the Ms. Knutsen and Mr. Conti, the belly laugh you generated sure made my day.

  • @kkazphx What did you call them?

  • OH MY GOD!! Just what I need! A new musical obsession!

  • this is not comparable to anything i`ve listened before. some people might call it boring but i think it is great

i also love her voice, very interesting

  • I love that it isn't just guitars and drums in your music. I don't think they're children toys and with the myriad of different instruments out there it gets really boring listening to the same ones played the same way repeatedly. I hope that you all don't change and keep creating awesome unique music and videos.

  • I hope Hyundai payed you for more then the music. Talk about the tail wagging the dog! They based their entire campaign on your video styling. And, as for the pompous asses who take issue with you doing the commercials, their comments can only be made by people who never had to pay a bill. I am proud of you for getting the brass ring without compromising your artistic talent.

  • ..this one's a lot better than that dorky diamond song..

  • really if thats all you have to say then just dont. wefunmovie, shut the hell up.

  • I gotta go kiss my wife

  • cool :)

  • cw71017-read my other posts! Take all the comments in order and then comment. Jeez!

  • Awesome

  • you are great, guys.

  • Fantastic one of my favorites of all time - interesting mix of sounds good music played with a fun spirit - love it

  • Love your musc and your videos. Thanks for putting me in a good mood everytime I watch em.

  • @tonemachine

I love the NFL. That being said. These guys are great! Want to hear more! I've never heard of them, but they sound very polished to be "too" new. I never thought commercials would become a great source of music, but over the last decade it's been growing. I even heard Joanna Newsome on a jingle the other day.

  • I have had this song and beat the horse stuck in my head for about 3 days now lol. Very good hook.

  • I love this...

  • @dbrael-do you read at all? Or are you a troll and an idiot? I have said numerous times that I REALLY LIKE THESE GUYS! I just didn't like 2 covers that they did. There is a big difference! Just because one happens to dislike a couple of songs doesn't mean I dislike them. They're quirky and obviously very talented and Nataly is a doll! Grow up haters!

  • This is one of my favorites. Music does not have to be perfect, just perfect for me. And this talented duo is that. Stay true to what you are doing. I edit video and know that what you have done is hard and takes time, good work.

  • @rschellhouse I agree this is one of my favorites too. love it.

  • Love you guys! Keep up the great work. This is true talent and we need original, unique, fresh acts to break the monotony of what the music industry is giving us right now.

  • I love all Pomplamoose music, but this one is my favorite.

Chord structure, syncopation, Nataly's voice... all perfection. I happen to like how "raw" the recording is and think it adds to the feel of the song.

    It's so lovely.

  • 0:32 - gawjuss!

  • @lardfountain um... fingers?

  • @furvert101 No! Sideways Wurlitzer!

  • @Gogiantsgo1

You are disqualified from evaluating music because the name "gogiantsgo" tells us that you 1) lack creativity and 2) are perhaps better suited to watching sports. This is not to say that athletes can't appreciate good music but calling these two "hacks" shows us that you are clueless. Here voice is undeniably great from a pitch perspective. Their arrangements are simply beyond your grasp; that makes YOU less, not them. You are a fine human, just not gifted musically.

  • @tonemachine11 The video Editing which jack has got a serious nack for is also Mega fucking top notch.

  • @tonemachine11 I think being able to hear fine music is a talent in itself.

  • @tonemachine11 That was beautiful and eloquent. Thanks for taking the words right out of my mouth!

  • @tonemachine11 You sound like an elitist musician, that could give the rest of us a bad name.

  • @fromthenorthwest No, I'm an elitist human! See, I didn't even called gogiantsgo a fine human! I'm just an average musician who appreciates the great ones. By the way, I know your post was meant to be funny- just want to make that clear to the knuckleheads who won't get it any more than they get this music... thanks.

  • @tonemachine11 whoops... scratch "didn't" from that comment.

  • @tonemachine11

I'm not sure that even I, as good as I think I am at the reply put-down, could have smacked this puppy so succinctly, accurately and beautifully. I think I want to have your babies...

  • @dood70 thanks.

  • @tonemachine11 "you are a fine human, just not gifted musically" <333 made me laugh so hard

  • @audiophil92 Glad you enjoyed, thanks for mentioning it.

  • @tonemachine11 I wish I had more thumbs.

  • @Gogiantsgo1 who is letting the trolls in. go home troll. go get a girlfriend and stop spending all your time on youtube also if you don't like the band leave, look up music you like

  • @dbrael Sorry, mistaken downmod

  • This song reminds me of different parts of Bjork's album, Vespertine =]

  • Pomplamoose, sorry.

  • Jeez Nick, take a pill and calm down! Just because you're an obvious fan of Nataly and Pamplamoose! I've been listening to music longer than you been alive pal and yes, Nataly did a poor job on September and Beat It. However, I agree that they can and do put out some great music, even with childrens toys. And if their stuff was that good, it would be main stream and most likely will be soon!

  • @Gogiantsgo1 that's funny b/c be still and september are two of my favorites by nataly/pamplamoose, have you even read the lyrics to be still...anyway, of course you're entitled to your opinion, but how about qualifying it carefully instead of just spouting hostility in a forum where most are loving it. and because something is not your taste does not make it bad...apparently in your case it makes it unique and popular while at the same time just a little trendy (sorry jack and nataly but yeah)

  • I love your music, and have high respect for the skill and precision in which you play and record it. These videos are a lot of fun to watch. I love how everything is different from the mainstream garbage you hear on the radio today. Beautiful work!

  • the only reason i know these peeps is from the hyundi commercials

  • Nataly is so cute and the videos are definitely a hoot but come on! They trash great songs like September and Beat It! Their silliness gets old fast. They make great music with childrens' toys. I bet they could turn out some great music if they really tried.

  • @Gogiantsgo1 You don't have to take yourself seriously to take music seriously. These guys obviously take music very seriously. They use what they can, because they want that sound.

  • You bet they could turn out some great music if they really tried? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Where's yours? You obviously have no concept of the absolute genius that went into making these songs with these "toys" as you call them, via sound sampling techniques and much more. It's a complete artform and style in itself. They weren't trashing the songs like beat it, they were simply expressing their own rendition of them. You can go listen to beat it by Michael Jackson instead if you don't like their style.

  • @Gogiantsgo1 Why argue with such a silly, ignorant, dismissive, simplistic, and misguided comment? Perhaps you would do well to inform yourself as to the great music recorded by major bands such as The Beatles, The Beach Boys, The Rolling Stones, Radiohead, Travis, Keane, and many many others using "children's toys". As for trashing great songs, the idea that covers should be carbon copies of the originals is one only held by small minded non-musicians who don't understand creativity.

  • Great song!

Hope to see more from you guys!

    @Gogiantsgo1 what?

    c'mon their music is great!

maybe it's not ur taste of music, but don't call it trash...

  • come to Australia!! i've waited long enough, i think!
