Eh, Epcar did a decent job all around. But keep in mind, it's up to the sound producers standards, so in retrospect Epcar could have done much better given the chance.

Besides, Billy Zane was probably busy with his own projects to be bothered with voice acting. Either that or he had no interest in reprising his role (due to personal reasons or he wasn't being offered enough pay).
