Freestyling is spitting off the top of your brain. The challenge is listening to the beat and finding the flow. It doesn't matter what you spit. If it's fresh or already spit 50 times. It's the way you put it together. You can take an old ryhme, break it apart and put it back together and make it sound hot. There are plenty of MC's that have lyrics, punch lines and tecniques that are used in a shit load of freestyles. As long as you draw attenion and awe....it don't matter. For real.
