Since the chief of the SEC is appointed by the President, doesn't he also have the power of firing the Chief for destroying evidence? Should he not immediately arrest the SEC board, and proceed through the Justice Department? Not doing so, shows the nation the President is subordinate to others above him, all of whom are outside of the law. The SEC was established during the Depression to ensure another didn't occur.
