There is a place in ashenvale called shadowbough, it is gaurded by elite dragon spawn, and at the portal, from time to time, a corrupt green dragon ocupies the area near the portal to emerald dream.

As you can see, these guys kited the dragon all the way to orgrimmar.

Not exactly, there are three portals to the emerald dream. (not counting the secret one in the mountain with the green flares) One in dusk wood, and one in the Hinterlands. However, there is another portal in ashenvale, (the forest right next to durotar)which, other than being gaurded by lv 60+ mobs, may have a corrupt dragon to kill, or kite to anywhere on kalimdor.
