  • the swinging chandeliers (as well as the sound they make) gave me the goosebumps when i was young.

  • well composed music one of my favorites, also one of the most beautiful stages on this game

  • The swinging chandelier level coupled with this music always gave me vertigo. Seriously.

  • This tune makes me think of a masquerade dance party.

  • King Baldwin is great at these Castlevania songs on piano.

  • Its the Dancing Specters! Paula Abghoul and Fred Askare! oh my!

  • Simply the best song in the game.

  • 3 people can't pass the entrance hall

  • Sometimes I miss a jump while I am listening to this music lol

  • damn this song is... gold...

it is so catchy, i always love when i get here (i haven't beaten the game yet though)

  • 42: 48:

    :]

  • @danj3ris please search "Castlevania - The Concert :: Entrance Hall, Chandeliers"

  • @DrCowenstein Sweet

  • it sounds almost like Phantom of the Opera at certain parts...

  • 3 people didn't land on the first chandelier

  • oh the 0:09...oh my god the 0:09!!!so AWESOME!!!!

  • *white ghost walks into you*

  • classic dracula sound in this song...i love i (tears rolling down face)

  • Death by Tables! What a way to go, huh.

  • I recognized the theme because I must've heard it 20 times before I beat the fucking level.

  • This is the only stage in the world to make my hands actually tremble.

  • God i love this fucking song.

Its like one of those songs that would fit perfectly in a old cliché horror movie, its just fantastic.

  • Don't Mistime Your Jumps On The Chandelier

  • @mommajudecj Once in a while i'd find myself tryin' to rush through it, only to fall and die. lol

  • @xGolbezx Sometimes I get Nervous When I Get To The Chandelier Part

  • if you guys like this song, do a search for "Super Castlevania IV - Castle Trance OC Remix" its not my vid but its a cool remix of this song

  • mmm sounds like J.S. Bach (god)

awesome just awesome really feels like fear, more when you put high the volume and listen to that kick ass bass of the piano (chon chonchon) and your heart beats start to move faster

  • If that castlevania movie ever gets made, this needs to be played by Dracula or one of his minions on a large harpsichord or something. It's like baroque madness.

  • @Jimkaider yeah this game is amazing.

the music in this game reminds me of the feel of the old dracula movies, not the newer but the original ones with the horror from em.

    It just is plain awesome.

  • @piromaniac9999 How is the one called Dracula 2000? Is it okay or pretty good? I saw the original dracula and liked it better than twilight for sure.

  • @Johny2662 It isn't,its called castlevania.

    And its awesome.

  • nonono ese piano me gusta demasiado (L)

  • OHH GOD I HATED THE CHANDELEERS!!!

hardest level in the castle next to the tower.

  • @supersmashbro596 XD nono..hardest level is the prison, thats fucken hard

  • @infectedkoozer i still hate those chandeliers.

    ...annoying as ^%^&

  • @supersmashbro596 hehe yea

  • my fav n the game!!!

  • THe part I hated the most was climbing the stairs that collapses. The dreadful part on that was the control. I couldn't figure out why he kept stopping for a second and then I fell. So I practiced and learned that the stiff control to beat was once you jump on the stairs, you have to press diagonal in the direction of the stairs. Then immediately press up to climb up and don't let go! What a royal pain that was.

  • ok simon jump FUCK NO!!!!!!

  • This level was a nightmare, I really hated the chandelier part but then it gets worse when you have to fight the dancing couple at the end, at least there was always a life you could get before fighting them. :D

  • @LightNeos i fuckin HATE that boss battle. its the hardest shit ever!!!! just thinking about it makes me mad >.<

  • @ShadowDwellerXXX Honestly, I think Slorga or whatever it's called and Death were the hardest.

  • @LightNeos i dont think ive gotten that far yet XD

  • @LightNeos Slogra was fuckin easy. I beat him on my first try. He has a pattern that I recognized my first playthrough.

  • This song was the shit back in the day! Mode 7 graphics!

  • VAN HELSING!!!

  • Once I learned the pattern I didn't die in the chandelier room (unless I was just not paying attention or something). Good memories of a less stressful time. I'll never get rid of my SCIV cartridge.

  • @femstarlight Neither will I cuz' I just bought it recently and played it the first time. The next castlevavnia I wanna' own and keep is Dracula X

  • Hard level

  • creeeeeeeeeeak creeeeeeeeeeeeak

    (Chandeliers swinging)

  • Damn was I impressed the first time I got to this level!

  • PReciosa! que recuerdos

  • i want that music to my wedding day...

  • This song is....H-HEY! Somebody's tying that poor woman to those railroad tracks over there!! Oh NOOO! *faints*

  • LMAO never thought of that it kinda works lol

  • lol good one

  • @Galiaverse MAN U PICKED THE PERFECT THOUGHT 4 THIS MUSIC

  • @Galiaverse Spot on dude!

  • @Galiaverse LOL

  • @Galiaverse That and "HELP HELP! FIRE FIRE!!" lol with the firetruck overloaded with firemen XD

  • You should take from internet the emulators and play this great game or better buy the super nintendo,i miss my super nintendo andthis great game, one of the best games....!:-)

  • Its hard as shit tho but still amazing!

  • Me: Woah!! *playing Castlevania IV for the first time*

My friend: *on the phone* What's wrong?

Me: I'm jumping on chandeliers! O_o

My friend: Oh, oka-- Wait what?

I just love that game ;3; But I need to beat death *grrr* XD

  • Death was actually pretty in this one.

Not Castlevania 2 easy, but not as hard as Castlevania 1.

    O_O

maybe thats why i dont think he's that hard....

    :/

  • Well... I haven't ever played a Castlevania game until now! So I guess, I'm a total noob XDDD So I'm sorry for being a non-player of Castlevania ;3 (But that game is gooood~<3)

  • Not the best response,is it?

  • Why not? Just because I haven't played Castlevania yet? o_ö

  • Moha, i love this song. Ever i heard this song in the game i sad:"Carefull, the dangourus Beethoven & Schiller want to haunt you!" man i was 7 years old :D Awesome Song, Thx to uppin'!

5/5 all times i heard it

  • Huh, I wonder why this song has never been remade in another Castlevania game. I'd love to hear an updated version, or a remix of some sort! ^_^

  • I'm strangely good at chandelier hopping - it is the stretch of hallway with ghost dancers that phase in, and the shifting tables that really annoyed me. :/

  • personally, my favorite music of the game

  • *bottom and chases you up

  • If you made it to the level near the end of the game where the giant saw is at the bottom chases you up, while you you climb the stairs that break as you climb up them, then you'll know what the part of the game you hate the most

  • i absolutely HATED this part of the game i kept falling lol what the game was basically sayin when the makers made this part is "alright jump on the massive chandeliers that are moving while the a pair of ghosts chase you and the background tries to give you a seizure"

  • oh good the fricken ghost sword people

  • This music is really creepy, yet awesome at the same time.

  • Beautiful music! Perfect for this part of the game!

  • I remember the chandelier creeak......it got annoying after a while lol

  • Lol i was right,the squeaks.

    I remembered correctly then.

  • mmm good

  • This Reminds me of the Haunted Mansion Ride at Disney when you look over the Balcony and the ghosts are Dancing. Awesome.

  • Spectral music!!!

  • oohh,very good memories

DOWN FALL SIMON!!! nooooooooo (start over)

  • Old games are the best ..

And their music will never die

  • I knew the chandelier sprite was the nightmare... and even the blinking red background of it. >_>

  • god, the ghost dancing pair chasing you was creepy xD

the piano is excellent too !!!

  • i know right i love this song!!

  • Agreed, it was like they knew exactly where you would run, I think I would have to add frustrating to Creepy...you could almost feel it when they bumped into Simon.

  • Man I used to be scared of the chandelier's creek noise.

  • @ragf987 i cant get past those damn floating square things D:

  • @ragf987 hahah xD yea fken creepy

  • Beatifuls songs of the Super Castlevania 4!

  • I sing to myself when listening to it... "your IN BELMONT`s HOUSES BITCHES! *Cracks whip*"

lol Seriously. Makes me feel as Simon`s pissed at everything in the Manison Part of this stage.

  • id be pretty pissed off to think that once you made it past the woods, a graveyard, and the front entrance to a mansion that you had to go even further after such a huge effort just to kick dracula's arse.

  • This felt so good playing this game and hearing the music on Halloween when the trick or treaters came at night and also watching some scary movies, in between game pauses, especially for Halloween, that summed up the feeling I always get when hearing any of Super Castlevania 4 music, weird, I don't know =)

  • the composer of castlevania's music was brilliant.

  • SNES Synthpop

  • Clearly inspired by Mozart...

  • Amazing what these guys can do with a waltz, eh?

  • This is pretty good....its got that creepy feel to it...I like it

  • yea dis song is right after da other one...

  • I hated the chandelier room, its a pain in the ass cause if you fall you have to start from the begining

  • Ever try it sitting on the edge of a bed? It was almost vertigo inducing for me.

  • isnt this also when u are on Light Crowns balancing xD?

  • Damn this brings up memories. You have to fight the dancing groom and bride in this stage. It was long as heck!

  • Paula Aghoul and Fred Ascare?

  • Yeah dude. That was in the manual. You can tell this came right after the 80's.

    Thought it was Abghoul.

  • almost sounds like something Danny Elfman would make for a Tim Burton movie.

  • yeah your right in fact this may sound dumb i kinda thought the music of super castlevania IV has a slight elfmanque sound to it you know from the organ to piano, bells just the trademark gothic instrementation that elfman usually use in his scores for burton films so yeah i agree
