right on man. Great vid on this product, was seriously lookin into it for a while. Do you remember where you purchase yours from? was it online? if so, do you remember which website?
Thanks so much bro wasn't really sure if I should buy this or not, thinking about how effective it would actually be but watching this, I am definately buying one.
Thanks for taking the time to show and explain the device and your experience with it. I have been doing some research on this which started with being sick and coughing uncontrollably. Google normalbreathing breathing-techniques and the first link takes you to a page with reviews of various other devices and techniques.
Got my expand a lung a couple days ago and just with two days of training I can seriously tell a difference. I like to keep my setting on hard as I exhale, I feel it works the lungs harder.
thanks for the review dood, looking to train my lungs to be able to job longer, I used to smoke for a year and a half and i can feel my lungs not being up to par.
Thank you so much for this video, I have been looking to purchase this product for my client who is having problems with his lungs. This has help me a great deal.
I just ordered this in the mail. I am a pro kickboxer and I want to improve my stamina. I read a lot of good reviews about this product. I am looking forward to using it. Thanks for a very informative video!
I also have this product, you're right there's not many reviews on it..I do like this, I've only had it a few days and I can already hold my breath nearly 3 minutes.
@ApneaSiciliana Wow, that's really good. What was your starting time though? How much have you improved with the device? Meaning, were you able to hold your breath at 2 minutes then after Expand a Lung, now it's up to 4:20 in 2 weeks?
@surfer201 hello you mean 4:20 static apnea or dynamic apnea, because when I freedive for spearfishing I can 't hold my breath as much as when am in static apnea, because when you are moving you consume more oxygen than when you are still in static apnea, there 's a difference with dynamic apnea
of course ! this will help any1 who does any kind of cardio and i will soon put up a vid on how to use it for maximum lung and diaphram exercise mostly geared towards freedivers
it just has a regulator that goes from easy to closing the valve completely where air cant get through! its ment to be used while sitting or staying still if you try to use it while even walking you might pass out
Can I use this device while doing cardio such as running and while I workout at the gym lifting weights?

@surfer201 i started at 2:45 but i have also been doing alot of cardio and pool with that so the expand a lung will help but it wont do wonders!

thanks bro,
i am a fellow freediver myself.
i just started 4 days ago, so i guess im not to much of a freediver yet.
i went from starting only at 15 sec...to 32 sec...to 46 sec...and today i reached a minut and 30 sec...
i was just wondering if this is worth it to help me train
i am als an athlete
