GEM likes challenges while Joey just sticks to K songs. In fact, I would like them sing each other songs and you will see Joey is much over-rated K song pop queen.

Anita and Lo both are full of surprises, they have performed many style of music, in fact Anita has sung R&B in her last concert with 陶喆, she did very well。Joey hasn't given me too much surprises after the first few years, her live performance has got worse because she tries to select the more difficult songs, the problem of tone change and breathing comes out

Frankly, I dont know why I was replying your post or what I am arguing for now lol, as i should not challenge anyone's subjective preference. As I said, I respect your opinion but everyone has his/her own rubric when it comes to defining good singing, and I can see you value a lot on breathing and the ability to perform other styles of songs, which is fine.

GEM has sung other style before:聽海、李香蘭、Shall we talk 等等in concerts. When GEM sings Joey's song she doesn't need to prefrom in R&B style. I have heard many people sang Joey's song well: 汪明欣( 明日恩典@TVB)官恩娜(心花怒放@澳門漁人碼頭), you go and listen to 官恩娜 version, her change of notes and breathing is better than joey's but I have yet to come across someone who can sing Gem's song's well.

both songs have build ups when you sing to the last parts of GEM's songs, you will find it is hard as that takes a lot of power. Although GEM has only 15 songs, but she has sung some difficult ones, I am sure Joey can't perform Fallen, loving u, greatest love of all, (which are no K songs) as good as GEM, this girl is definately not affraid to sing difficult songs or partner with experienced singers. I definately can say GEM can cover a wider range of music than Joey
