I think you guys know this but if you don't, the judge forces you to stand, not for respect but if you stand you recognize his authority, if you don't stand he has no authority over you.

Cops, prosecutors, county attorneys, public defenders, and judges all work for the state. You don't. Iy's a private club and you're NOT a member. Cops don't know jack about law. SEPT 01-2011 It has been announced that the First Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled IT IS NOT ILLEGAL TO VIDEO TAPE POLICE IN PUBLIC WHILE ON DUTY!!!! Law enforcement must endure being filmed by ANYONE choosing to do so while in public places or anywhere privacey cannot be expected. This is not a new law. It is a ruling on an existing law that has been continuously violated by law enforcement everywhere.
These people behave like my elementary school teachers with dominance issues. They think that they're better than everybody else and try to prove it by pushing around power that they don't have.
