you're not a bad player, but a rly bad team-mate, let your carry (sven) to get the kills, not ks with an assist heroe (yes, lina is an insane suporter late-game if player right)

and for the build: dragon isn't a bad item agains't papers, but you are much more effective in teamfights with a bracer, eul and arcane boots (arcanering in that version), and if you have a bottle use it to get runes! :P

so stop ks'ing and play more noEM!, in -em is just too easy to farm ;)

You have to upgrade it. To upgrade it, once you have the item, just buy the recipe again, and it'll do more damage. You can do this about 4 times.

Same reason you get dagon on Lion. if you rush dagon early game it can be devastating as many heroes rest bewlow 1k hp so dagon + ulti = GG
