  • are any of these animals ornery? cuz i noticed that they got all dem teeth and no tooth brush to brush dem wit.....

  • monster of lockness =))

  • nothing can be more dangerous than human beings. If they existed today humans would have hunt them down for food n other stuffs n could feed many people in africa n then UN had to declare it illegal to hunt them.

  • why does every prehistoric animal huge and have a big name? do you expect me to remember (yet even say) Dolichorhynchops?

  • @lobsterwithwings there big sciency words for the animal. you can call them smaller names.

  • ITS THE LOCH NESS MONSTER!

  • @moastytoasty54 Styxosaur is what it is

  • @tailsdoll22 the styxosaur is really ugly... XD And why didn't they show the Cretoxyrhina Mantelli on there? It's on episode two....

  • @UTMR117 ok but it is all who you ask about the styxosaur to me it is not fare to call styxosaur ugly how do we not know the styxosaur's say we are ugly for all we know i did not look like that and idk

  • there are somethings that we don't want to swim with. crazy cool though.

  • Freaky stuff, you would get a fair bite from them i reckon.

  • Y does all the prehistoric animals hav long complicated names? Like its not complicated but compared to our modern day animal names, it is. LIke Dog,Cat, and dont forget the Whaleoplaytacrastrophicsorussale. Yea it exists. Its the largest animal to ever hav walked, fly, swim on earth and the smallest too. Its a carnivore but doesnt eat meat. It runs faster than a cheetah but can get outrun by a turtle. Wat an interesting monster huh?

  • @narutocursemark All the long names means something special in Latin :) That's why they are called what they are called, it means something :)

  • Man, that last one looked like a Star Destroyer coming towards me!!

  • The first thing looks like the locness monster or w/e, If there is one maybe datz it!

  • If I ever get my hands on a time machine, the first thing I'm doing is going back to this time period and swimming with these mammajammas.

  • @BinkieMcFartnuggets Your little swim won't last very long. ;-)

  • @BinkieMcFartnuggets try using sands of time..

  • Imagine if you were dropped in the middle of the ocean with these monsters.

  • this is fake, they dont know what animals lookedd like 82 million years ago!! thats like me taking a shit the first day i was born and 50 years later, id be like, i know what it looked like, size shape, this is fake!

  • @kennybauer000sk8r they took skeletons and had artists add muscle and skin and a pattern they thought it would have its not that hard to do

  • @kennybauer000sk8r

I TOTALLY AGREE ! I was just thinking that !

  • @kennybauer000sk8r Hey, no shit it's fake. Thats why they extrapolate the closest idea of what these creatures COULD have looked like. Next time you feel like stating the blatantly obvious stop and think for a minute...

  • @kennybauer000sk8r If your shit turned into a fossil, then you would know...

  • Hesperornis: a sea bird with sharp teeth hidden INSIDE its beak.

Yeah... as opposed to hidden OUTSIDE its beak.

  • that fucking bird confusing me

  • Way to have each "sea monster" lunge its giant mouth and sharp teeth at their introduction.

  • Nice gfx!

  • sea bird looks like it evolved into the average pingquin

  • @CaptainPeenNoPants Did you mean penguin?

  • @Loth440 id laugh if he didnt.

  • isnt nature so interesting? XD could probably subsitute my daily cartoons when im not allowed cartoons XD

  • golly G there are cool new pokemon .

  • THEY'R SO FUCKING HUGE.................

  • Damn Nature You Scary

  • fuck yeah.....

  • sea birds really? I mean really? Thats the best they could come up with?

  • "with sharp teeth hidden inside its beak"

no shit Sherlock where else are they gonna be?

  • don't believe any of it, the fish that are in the sea today are the same that were in since the beginning.

  • @craywar86 sure, what ever you say. then what about those fossils the always keep on finding?

  • @craywar86 Clearly, you have a gift for being utterly wrong - able to achieve multiple levels of incorrectness with a single statement. I'll just point out level one: This video isn't about fish.

  • this is awesome

  • HOLY SHIT THOSE THINGS ARE BIG.....Not going to swim tomorrow....

  • @FalcnPWNCH lol they dead

  • i know.......but i have REALLY WILD IMAGINATION.......

  • the 3rd one looked like my gma

  • gotta catch em aLL !

  • itd be funny if they all turned out to be herbivores

  • That bird doesn't even look like a seagull or a pigeon or something that lives near water...it looks like an eagle.

  • How do they even find the remains of these things? And that brings me to another question....what happens to the bones? Does the salt and water decompose them or something? Because otherwise wouldn't the floor of the ocean be covered in bones?

Am I asking an incredibly dumb question?

  • @IAMtheNewWorldOrder

Not really. The bones are fossilized and most become part of corals and rocks. Overtime they decompose and become apart of the ocean.

  • @damnasians13

Oh ok that makes sense. Thanks for the explanation.

  • fake

  • @akmonk3y

no shit sherlock. they didn't actually bring them back to life. of course it's computer generated.

  • @akmonk3y really?

  • lol did they use "Spore" game instrumentary to create that sea bird?

  • man i wish i could go fishing back then ....

  • big ass bird

  • *sigh* As if I couldn't hate going to the ocean any more... lol

  • crazy ass bird,lol

  • so interesting how living things have evolved to become smaller. plannet earth was truly alien

  • How could it not fly? Look at the wingspan.

  • @HOLYGacpac even with a larger wingspan, sea creatures out of water are heavier and it probably couldnt suport itself in the air

  • @thebossisheretostay Hahaha It was just a joke.

  • Is that Lapras?

  • @SagaciousSilence lol x10

  • FUCK JEAH.....

  • @SagaciousSilence no its a squirtal after it used surf

  • 1st to say 1st

  • That last one made me hungry for some KFC

  • Woof!

  • New name, old video...

  • rawrrrrrrr i am a big munster

  • it would be cool if we could bring some of those back to live...

  • Very cool video, despite how scary some of those look, it's a shame they're still not around, would've been cool to see.

  • Imagine swimming, and you run into one of these creatures..........?????

  • talk about chicken of the sea >.>

  • @yourdaddy342 Whaddya know?? Jessica Simpson was right after all!!!

  • wow a video thats not blocked in my country

  • @JoE2million man i know how you feel, i missed out on alot of there new videos its kinda annoying -_-

  • how come we don't have any monsters that can compare today?

  • @irbenson evolution made them specialized

  • @thewizzinator31 how does being specialized make them smaller o.o

  • wouldnt this look great in 3D?

  • I wonder how their meat tasted like.

  • Hesperornis is awesome.

  • i would like to see the full show for this!

  • lol someone said nation geographic is fake....

  • this is fake -,-

  • @iLuvBaNkAi yez dis is so faykeeee riiite 1?!

  • @iLuvBaNkAi your so stupid

  • @iLuvBaNkAi

For being 20yo you sound like you're 5... of course it's fake idiot.

  • how in the hell do they know what they ate

  • @cazyblood3 It's all in the teeth or lack of.

  • @cazyblood3 Often by studying fossilized remains of last meals & also observing sometimes microscopic indentations on both the teeth of the predatory animal in question & the bones of the prey animals & matching the results.

  • @cazyblood3

=> sea-life, use your god damit brain before posting!

    flagged

  • @cazyblood3 Location of where the animals were found, size of teeth, size of animal itself, type of jaws (beak, molars, etc), type of animal, all lead the scientists to an educated inference. But I agree, they could have in no way absolutely known what they ate, nor what they were colored.

  • @cazyblood3 they just theorize

  • @cazyblood3 probably checked the stomach area for bones and from there they found out

  • @cazyblood3 Probably fossels or something similar that they found inside them

  • @cazyblood3 the size of its head/jaw and the shape/size of teeth, they estimate

  • @cazyblood3 the tooth structure tells you all you need to know about what it ate. there are specific teeth that do specific things, for example you wouldnt see teeth like in a great white in a giraffe would you? so the teeth are pretty much all you need to judge

  • @cazyblood3 Bone structure i think xD

  • no wonder they're extinct xD

  • @victorcelmare

and i hope stupidness will be extinct soon,...but thats just a day dream

  • I lol'd @ seabird...

  • They ate fish, scary shit.
