@DonKeedic The Big Crunch theory was replaced by the Big Rip theory. A repellant force, known as dark energy, counteracts the forces of gravity and keeps the universe expanding. As the universe expands forces that hold atoms and molecules together weaken and begin to break. The result is a ripped apart universe.

I wondered, when watching some videos of greg s! If the universe is continually expanding, there have to be a maximum point of expansion so that the universe does the reverse and back all the time and bring back space and time in to a simple particle infill development? all the energy space and time in a particle in and just start again, expanding the endless space and time, and reclaim it back in to a particle! @amnesia529 The Universe will oneday not only cease it's expansion, but will also retract. Scientists have determined that that is billions of years away. Our sun however will die off in a mere few million years. Nothing in this existance is permenant.
@DonKeedic Actually, the idea of a Big Crunch was discarded in the late '90s, as Einstein's Cosmological Constant returned to the fore. The universe is expanding faster than the laws of physics allow, and this repellant force will go on forever....and, fun part...faster and faster. It's actually an even more mind-bending idea than the idea of the universe contracting on itself. The sun, however, yeah, that's toast.
@DonKeedic Scientists haven't determined any such thing. What they have done is given this thought as a possibility until they gain further knowledge of the universe as a whole.
I think, what you discribe is the big bang^^ the expanding of every thing until the point of returning into the first form of energy. This will happen again and again and again. May I'am right? But as I understand him, is that he want to say that this things didn't or will happen in any time, because time is a phenomen of the devine matrix. Our bodys or better our conscious exsists in a sphear without time and in this case sure without space.
Because what returns into the "particle" consists of space and time, cause we count it with the way the light needs to traverse the space. So the space give us the time and the time in relation to the speed of light shows us the way in space. The big bang is a scenario that the science take to understand the universe as a material time and space operating system.
Gregg has the great skill to visualize our scientific reality as a hole complex system and further he see us as a conscious vessel that have the ability to feel time and space in this dimension of beeing very straight. If I wouldn't think he is one of us who is located in the process of raising conscious in dimensional beeing, I would only think he take a extension of relativity thinkings. But I think a few of us or maybe more as I imagine, can feel this change of dimensional thinkings.
So I mean the discribed "last or first particle of compressed material" really didn't exsist in eache time, it's timless like us, cause we are part of it! It is only the view on things in the condition of bipolarity and he change the view into an other polarity. This is a thing that Albert Einstein saw a few years before!

@Txsray, Gregg Braden isn't the only one talking about this stuff. It's nothing new. Western science has been on the edge of this evolutionary way of thinking for many years. The Buddhists (and others) have been onto this for centuries. Rupert Sheldrake, a highly credentialed British scientist, has been talking about this since the early 80s at least, i.e. the concept of Morphogenetic Fields and the holographic effect. It's an approach toward consciousness, not something Gregg just made up.

@Txsray Dude, relax a bit :) He is not 'convincing' us into anything. He is just presenting a new idea to ponder, a new perspective on how things in the universe might work. It is also not a religion or something, on the contrary, it is just plain science. More and more scientific evidence suggest that the universe could work this way. What are you afraid of? Try to open your mind to new ideas that could change your life in a way you never expected :)

Thats not what I got out of it. I believe it would make it easier for others who also chose to hate to take that path, it will resonate with others who decide on that path.
Where if you choose love, other people who tend to choose love and compassion will be more easily influenced to do the same in the next situation.
I also believe that we live in a world of duality, and we must accept both parts of reality in order to evolve and understand our true nature.

I think what youre proposing is called collective salvation. Sorry but I do believe in individual salvation, that someone else's salvation does not determine my own nor does my salvation determine anyone else's. I do agree with the hologram theory or holograph whatever you said. We are all of one consciousness and that is God. Consciousness is eternal and this is what we call the living God. So in a sense we all make up God.

Yes we are personaly responsible for our own "salvation" but collectively it is up to all of us to rise the consciousness of the planet. Very cool. I'm consciously choosing to forgive and have recently experienced being forgiven in really big ways. The freedom I'm experincing is showing me that forgiveness is a direct bridge from cause/effect duality to all available choice of multi-dimensionality. In vengeance I'm inevitably tied to someone elses actions. This creates a victim mentality, a self-trap of limited choice and diminished personal reach. I think, what you discribe is the big bang^^ the expanding of every thing until the point of returning into the first form of energy. This will happen again and again and again. May I'am right? Because what returns into the "particle" consists of space and time, cause we count it with the way the light needs to traverse the space. So the space give us the time and the time in relation to the speed of light shows us the way in space. Gregg has the great skill to visualize our scientific reality as a hole complex system and further he see us as a conscious vessel that have the ability to feel time and space in this dimension of beeing very straight. If I wouldn't think he is one of us who is located in the process of raising conscious in dimensional beeing, I would only think he take a extension of relativity thinkings. @Txsray, Gregg Braden isn't the only one talking about this stuff. It's nothing new. Western science has been on the edge of this evolutionary way of thinking for many years. The Buddhists (and others) have been onto this for centuries. Rupert Sheldrake, a highly credentialed British scientist, has been talking about this since the early 80s at least, i.e. the concept of Morphogenetic Fields and the holographic effect. It's an approach toward consciousness, not something Gregg just made up.

Thats not what I got out of it. I believe it would make it easier for others who also chose to hate to take that path, it will resonate with others who decide on that path.
Where if you choose love, other people who tend to choose love and compassion will be more easily influenced to do the same in the next situation.

I think what youre proposing is called collective salvation. Sorry but I do believe in individual salvation, that someone else's salvation does not determine my own nor does my salvation determine anyone else's. I do agree with the hologram theory or holograph whatever you said. We are all of one consciousness and that is God. Consciousness is eternal and this is what we call the living God. So in a sense we all make up God.

Yes we are personaly responsible for our own "salvation" but collectively it is up to all of us to rise the consciousness of the planet. Yes Jesus taught us to go out and spread the message, I totally agree that we should do that. Whether it is our responsibility or not I dont know and would probably disagree. You either believe in collective salvation or individual salvation. If collective salvation is the truth then there is no purpose for Jesus to have died on the cross. Very cool. I'm consciously choosing to forgive and have recently experienced being forgiven in really big ways. The freedom I'm experincing is showing me that forgiveness is a direct bridge from cause/effect duality to all available choice of multi-dimensionality. In vengeance I'm inevitably tied to someone elses actions. This creates a victim mentality, a self-trap of limited choice and diminished personal reach. When I forgive I am FREE to BE the cause of my own effects and to expand my reach.
