honestly ive had xp, vesta, 2000, 98, and 7, not once have i ever had any sort of issue or problem with any of them yet ive had a mac once it sucked it was too slow too flashey anoying and it costed wayyy too much honestly why pay 2000 bucks on 2gig ram 250hdd and no gfx card 2.0ghz 2 core when for 2000 you can get 8-16gig ram, 1tb hdd, the most advanced nevida or radion gfx cards octo core 6.0ghz with win 7 all for around 1100 bucks than use the 900 extra to get upgrades such as 1tb external hd

I won't deny it's a great lightweight distribution, and a great alternative for the now-defunct GNOME 2, but there's something about the UI antialiasing that shows up fine on CRT-screens, but is somehow lacking in smoothness on a laptop's LCD. And on a personal note, I'm fairly confident I can choose my own desktop environment, thank you very much.
