Is this a daily occurrence? Or, is this scene a part of some sort of festival? If this is a "normal" part of Bangkok street life, then it surely has one of the most vibrant and dynamic street food cultures in the world. If only the U.S. had even a fraction of this dynamism. Only to a miniscule extent, maybe, in cities like New York. Are we afraid of the hygiene? It can't be that bad. The Bangkok street scene looks clean.

@Doleafol You can find this kind of food market anywhere in Thailand. Even in a mall, but the price would be higher in the mall
