Easier way:

1. Start game and pause

2. Search 4byte for 16392 (that's your web)

3. Use some web and search for decreased

4. Once you have one result left, freeze it. The address of your web variable should end in BE

5. Copy the address and press manually add address.

6. Paste in your web address but change the BE to AE

7. That's your health. Freeze it.

Start the game. Then pause the game (press p in game) Open up Cheat Engine, scan for the number 16392. Unpause the game, then use some of web.  Your web has decreased, so click on "scan type" and select "Decreased value". Then press next scan. Keep using some web then scanning for a decreased value until you have one result. Double click it then freeze it. copy/paste the address, then click add address manually. Paste in the address but change BE to AE. Freeze that too
