  • I had weight loss surgery and i lost about 20 lbs. and gained 4 lbs. I been eating carbs more so i will be doing what you are doin and writing down what i eat. Thanks for the motivation.

  • Hi Klowdea, Hope you are well...I have question for you please...I did my surgery 3 weeks ago and I found something REALLY TERRIFYING ME!!....I am still food adect!!!! what can I do??? I still eat until I am full and am really scared that after all what I've done, I will go back to the starting point!!! please help.

  • I have some questions? How can I email you?

  • Great update and great attitude!!! Keep up the good work and you are looking great :)

  • I def. think you're looking smaller! Awsome attitude ...keep up the good work. Keep a food journal is def a must in my opinion as it forces you to be honest about every single bite that goes into your mouth. Have a great wkend!

  • Yeah I'd definitely suggest you start tracking your measurements on a more regular basis - the ultimate sign of progress.

As far as tracking your daily intake - that is always a great way to stay accountable. For a while I was using a website called "sparkpeople . com". It was really, really helpful. The downside is

it can be REALLY time consuming. (which ultimately became more of a hassle than it was worth. Especially since I was becoming easily discouraged & soon lost focus) *sigh*

  • i see a difference in you from last week. i don't think that not losing weight doesn't mean weight hasn't shifted. you might want to take your measurements. you look AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
