Given the recent changes to the IBJJF rules on the DLR/berimbolo hook on entry, could this be in contention for a DQ in competition for bending the knee? I'm only new at this so just asking! Thanks!

No. You can't apply pressureon the outside part of the knee. Not DQ to apply pressure inside
