That is the cool thing. It's completely wind powered. Overall the increase would be around $200 to your electric bill. It costs less than some smaller displays, because the lights are not always on.

I didn't video the 2008 display, but it was even better than this one, except there wasn't a house, just an open lot with tons of trees.

Yes, definitely! I'm excited to see what they have done this year. I should bring a tripod this time. This was about the 3rd time watching it, as my two year old kept saying, "Santa lights! Holy cow! Look, look!" the first two times through.
