My father was in charge of an addiction program for nearly a decade. There is little to no little difference in addiction between an alcohol and a cocaine user. The latter is more functional because cocaine is a stimulant not a depressant. After lines of cocaine a user would be completely competent driving a car or operating machinery.

My father was in charge of an addiction program for nearly a decade. There is little to no little difference in addiction between an alcohol and a cocaine user. The latter is more functional because cocaine is a stimulant not a depressant. After lines of cocaine a user would be completely competent driving a car or operating machinery.
As a matter of fact they prescribe amphetamine stimulants to children and adults that cannot focus.
